0.00 € - If you have a tattoo appointment with me you can always pick up your order at the studio. Please note that this is only possible when you have an appointment. 

International Shipping (Everywhere else)

6.80 € - tracking, insured up to 20 € (includes shipping price)

I do offer insured DHL Paket worldwide, the prices vary depending on your location. If you prefer insured shipping but cannot select it at check out - please message me: enoki.ink@mail.de

If you order without tracked shipping I cannot tell you where your order is and I cannot replace your lost order.

If you order without insurance,or insufficient insurance, I cannot replace your damaged or lost order.

Bei Bestellungen ohne Versicherung, oder unzureichende Versicherung, kann ich beschädigte oder verlorene Ware nicht ersetzen.

REFUND POLICY /  WIDERRUFSRECHT

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen den Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag der Annahme der Ware, durch Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Postdienst ist. Um von dem Wiederrufsrecht gebrauch zu machen müssen sie mich per E-Mail (enoki.ink@mail.de), darüber in Kentnisssetzen, dass sie den Vertrag widerrufen. 

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erhalten sie Ihre Zahlungen binnen vierzehn Tagen zurück, allerdings erst, sobald die Ware wieder bei mir eingetroffen ist. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung haben Sie selber zu tragen. 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of acceptance of the goods by you or a third party named by you who is not the postal service. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me by e-mail (enoki.ink@mail.de) that you are withdrawing from the contract and want to return your order. 

If you cancel the contract, you will receive your payments back within fourteen days, but only once the goods have been returned to me. You have to bear the costs for the return shipment.
